Draft Athlete Note

See how an unobserved-practice follow-up becomes a focused session-linked note without turning ErgScreen into generic email.

Session-linked note

Send the athlete a narrow next step, not a full technique rebuild.

The coach note stays inside ErgScreen. Email can notify the athlete that a session-linked note is waiting, but the dashboard remains the source of truth.

Draft athlete note

Review and send the note.

The message starts from the Coach Next Step read and keeps the athlete focused on the next evidence request.

Suggested coach message

Edit the note before sending it to the athlete dashboard.

Email Maya a notification. The message itself stays in ErgScreen so the athlete can find it with the session.
ErgScreen coach next step — unobserved practice follow-up
Hi Maya, I reviewed your ErgScreen from the winter check. The main thing I want to watch is how Added Movement and Drive Organization are showing up together when fatigue starts to shape the stroke. I do not want to rebuild the whole stroke from one clip. Recovery Sequencing, Rate Hold, and Rhythm Stability are not the focus right now. For your next unobserved block, please send a comparable follow-up clip from later in the piece so we can see whether the same pattern repeats under fatigue.
