Dashboard action items
The report should not be the end of the workflow.
The dashboard gives coaches and athletes the next action: what is ready, what is due, what deserves review, and what unseen work needs follow-up.
Coach Dashboard
Five places need coach attention.
The dashboard pattern is intentionally simple: a short command strip, an action-item table, and session-linked coach messages.

Ready reports, due screens, Recruit Packet handoffs, pinned follow-ups, failed jobs, badges, and roster requests can all become action items. Coaches can clear items when the follow-up is no longer useful.
Workflow & follow-up
Action Items Dashboard is the operational layer behind the reports.
