Action Items Dashboard

See how ErgScreen turns completed reports, unobserved practice screens, recruit packets, roster requests, and coach messages into a short list of things that need attention.

Dashboard action items

The report should not be the end of the workflow.

The dashboard gives coaches and athletes the next action: what is ready, what is due, what deserves review, and what unseen work needs follow-up.

Needs attention: 5 Due: 1 Ready for review: 3 Coach messages: 1

Coach Dashboard

Five places need coach attention.

The dashboard pattern is intentionally simple: a short command strip, an action-item table, and session-linked coach messages.

5Needs attention 1Due 3Review 1Messages
Next best action Review unobserved practice drift, clear due follow-ups, and keep coach messages tied to the session.

Action Items are not generic tasks. They are generated from report readiness, Recruit Packet handoffs, roster requests, pins, due screens, processing states, and coach messages.

Coach Messages Session-linked notes stay visible on the athlete dashboard.

When a coach sends a note from Coach Next Step, the message stays attached to the athlete and session. Email can notify the athlete, but the dashboard message remains the source of truth.

Action logic Rows appear because something needs review, not because the app wants more clicks.

Ready reports, due screens, Recruit Packet handoffs, pinned follow-ups, failed jobs, badges, and roster requests can all become action items. Coaches can clear items when the follow-up is no longer useful.

Workflow & follow-up

Action Items Dashboard is the operational layer behind the reports.

Use the public demo to understand the workflow. The live dashboard remains inside the authenticated ErgScreen app.
